 Mission/Vision
The mission of our program is to provide quality instruction for adult students who seek to further their education in order to participate productively in their families, their workplace and communities.
The vision of our program is continuous improvement in the educational services so that the students will be motivated to become lifelong learners and to provide accountability that shows Adult Education provides a vital service to the community as well as the individual students.

 Types of Programs Offered
  • Literacy/ Basic Reading and Math
  • Pre-GED/GED Preparation
  • Testing, including GED Official Practice Test
  • English as a Second Language

 Class Information

Townsend Learning Center

Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:00 – 11:00 a.m..

Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
